How Does It Work?When we begin working together, my first focus is understanding why you’re here and what you need. If you’re unsure, that’s okay, part of my role is helping uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I blend Western science with Eastern energy practices, using gentle coaching and remote kinesiology testing to identify imbalances and root causes. Together, we create a personalised plan — nutritional, physical, emotional and energetic — to help you reconnect with your body’s messages and restore balance.
With compassion and clarity, I help you notice your health, emotions and habits without judgment, guiding you toward what supports you and what to release.

How I Work and Why It’s Different
When I first started my brother used to joke that kinesiology meant, “I can easily make you feel better.”
He wasn’t entirely wrong. Many clients arrive with one issue, only to find their challenges are deeply interconnected.
A lingering headache might not just be tension, it could stem from dehydration or emotional stress.
Digestive discomfort might not only be IBS, it may be linked to anxiety or long-term overwhelm.
Our bodies and minds are never separate, which is why I take a holistic approach to true wellbeing. Together, we explore the roots of imbalance — from mood, energy and digestion to hormones, sleep and self-belief — so you can feel aligned again.
Clients often call me a “wellbeing wizard,” but really, I’m just the guide helping you decode what your body is saying and create flow, clarity and calm in your life.
