Who am I and why have I created this?
I’m Sarah, a Wellbeing Practitioner and Stress & Burnout Prevention Specialist.
That might sound like I float through life in perfect calm… but I promise you, I’m human just like you.
I’ve walked through burnout, chronic stress, illness, motherhood, grief and the quiet moments where your body whispers “I can’t keep going like this.”
What I do have is over a decade of professional training — and a decade before that of lived experience — in learning how to truly listen to the body, understand its signals and respond with compassion instead of pressure. I’ve learned how to tune in, slow down and return to the natural rhythm we lose when life takes over.
I created Rooted because I know how frighteningly easy it is to look after everyone else while slowly losing yourself.
To keep pushing, coping and carrying until you can’t tell if what you're feeling is stress, hormones, exhaustion or just “being a woman in this season of life.”
