Hi I’m Sarah.
I am a Wellbeing Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting hundreds of people to reclaim their health and wellbeing.
I work with those who are tired of feeling held back by their body, symptoms or circumstances, and know deep down that there must be a better way. If you’re tired of running on empty, struggling with low energy, hormonal shifts, anxiety or digestive discomfort, I can help you restore balance and move forward with clarity.
With training in kinesiology, nutrition, mental health, counselling and positive psychology coaching, I blend professional expertise with personal experience of chronic health conditions to create unique wellbeing solutions.
Through one-to-one coaching, group ccourses, workplace and education wellbeing programmes, I guide people from exhaustion, stress and disconnection to a place of calm, energy and resilience—so they can thrive with confidence in every part of life.
