Week 1 – Recognise & Release

Understand the signs of overload and emotional fatigue before they take over. Learn to listen to your nervous system, regulate stress and release what you’ve been carrying.
This is the week you finally exhale.

Shift from self-criticism to self-compassion. Build emotional resilience, honour your energy and create a sustainable rhythm that includes you in the picture.

This is the week you come back to yourself.

  • Your own 3-tool daily calm menu for summer and beyond

After two weeks, you’ll feel:

● Clearer in your mind and softer in your heart. You’ll have so many more mini tools to use in moments of overwhelm, and you’ll be talking so much more kindly to yourself, realising what an awesome job you’re doing day in, day out.

● Able to respond and not just react. Instead of trying to rationalise with toddlers and explain why they’ve already eaten their quota of snacks, you’re able to take a breath, feel proud you haven’t just shouted and calmly explain dinner is on the way, but they can happily have an apple/play outside for 10 more minutes.

● Like it’s possible to create precious time for yourself over the summer holidays. It dawns on you that although this is their summer, it’s yours too! So yes, you can work out how to juggle the schedule to fit in a swim, or meet a girlfriend for an evening walk, it’s about communication, compromise and planning.

● You’re showing up with more presence and more patience so you can get bedtime done in half the time and give yourself the gift of an hour in the garden on your own with a cuppa and your book,

● More in tune with your body and energy. You’ll feel more confident saying no — whether you’re at full capacity and can’t “just” take on an extra project, or you simply don’t want to go to after-work drinks again. You’ll be able to hold your boundaries, speak up for what you need, and step into your power — without guilt.

● Like you’ve come home to yourself — just in time for summer. After these 2 weeks, you’ll be more able to name your feelings, step back and think about what you really need – I promise, it’s possible!

Who am I and why have I created this?

I’m Sarah, a Wellbeing Practitioner and Stress & Burnout Prevention Specialist.

That grand title doesn’t mean I have it all together all the time! But it does mean I have over a decade of professional (and another decade of personal) knowledge about how to really listen to your body, work out what it needs and actually give this to yourself. It is a gift to understand, articulate and respond, to slow down, listen inwards and return to your natural rhythm.

I created this reset because I know how easy it is to lose touch with ourselves and feel like we are bottom of the list, especially when the summer holiday period looms. You don’t need to find hours of “me time”, you just need to create the right kind of moments. Let me help you make this easy and possible for you.

I’ll be giving you a summer toolkit to pick and choose what you need in particular moments. It’s not about perfection. It’s about tuning in, discovering what’s going on under the top layer of stress and working out what you really need.
