Thrive Wellbeing – 1:1 Coaching Agreement

Client Commitment

By entering into a 1:1 coaching package with Thrive Wellbeing, I am committing to showing up with honesty, openness and personal responsibility.

I understand that wellbeing coaching is a supportive, non-clinical relationship focused on personal growth. It is not a replacement for counselling or medical treatment. I agree to inform Sarah if I am receiving care from other health professionals and confirm that they are aware of my decision to work with a wellbeing practitioner.

I understand that Sarah may draw on her qualifications and experience to suggest strategies, tools and nutritional supplements as part of my programme. These suggestions are offered in a wellbeing context and do not constitute medical advice. I take full responsibility for any choices I make in relation to these recommendations and agree to consult my GP if I have any concerns about my health or suitability.

Session Scheduling & Cancellations

- I agree to provide at least 48 hours' notice if I need to reschedule an appointment.
- If I give less than 48 hours’ notice, I understand that the session may still be charged.
- I understand that all sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise discussed.

Payments & Refunds

I agree to one of the following Thrive Wellbeing packages:

Root – Single Session
- One 2-hour session – £375 (payment in full on booking)

Core – 6-Session Package
- 6 sessions – £1,500 (one-off payment)
or 3 monthly payments of £500.

Elevate – 3-Month Programme
- 12-week programme – £3,500 (one-off payment)
or pay in 3, 4 or 5 monthly instalments (3 x £1,166, 4 x £875 or 5 x £700).

The first instalment for Core and Elevate, plus full payment for Root is due before your first session. Remaining instalments are collected on the same date in each subsequent month.

- I understand that all payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- If a payment plan is chosen, I agree to complete all payments in full.

Elevate Clients Only

This section applies to clients on the Elevate programme only.

Your Elevate programme runs across 12 weeks and includes:
- One initial onboarding session (1.5 hours)
- Six 60-minute sessions (fortnightly)
- Six 30-minute check-in sessions (fortnightly, alternating with the above)
- Voxer support between sessions
- Access to a curated digital resource library including workbooks, journalling prompts and guided audios
- Weekly intention setting and suggested actions to keep you moving forward with clarity and purpose
- Bespoke digital resources created and shared at Sarah’s discretion, as and when they are relevant to your individual journey

Voxer Support
Voxer is included throughout your programme so you are never stuck waiting when something comes up between sessions. It is not a real-time service. Messages are responded to within 48 hours on working days. Messages received over the weekend will receive a reply by end of day Monday.

Voxer is intended for reflection, questions and accountability between sessions. It is not suitable for urgent or crisis support.
